CHARLIE'S TURNS 3!!

Charlie had his birthday party yesterday evening. He's checking out this cupcake to see what his best option is. He's thoughtful that way.
Yummy!!!
It took him a while to get all the candles out. This is the 3rd attempt.
Second attempt.
This was after the first attempt. Still two candles left to go.
He didn't really care about being sung to.
He was thrilled to have The Backyardigans on his cupcake cake!
We went to the bounce house place.
Going down the big slide. He's big enough now that he no longer needs help getting up the steps.
Jake had tons of fun too. The place had some new bouncy things since the last time we were there so there were lots of things to explore.
John and Charlie were ready to get the party started!!

Fun times this Winter

Charlie loves getting his picture taken. I'm sure you can't tell by all the pictures on here!!
Jake was taking pictures of his Christmas presents to share with his class when he returned to school. He thought he needed a picture with his brother and daddy too.

Charlie got a Diego bicycle for Christmas. Jake wanted a picture to take to school with him and his brother.

Jake FINALLY tried a hamburger!! It's a bite size one but a hamburger none the less!! Yea, Jake!!

Last week the kids and I went to the park. They had a blast feeding the fish in the creek and playing.

Christmas in TX

My sister and brother in law came in from North Carolina for Christmas. We all had so much fun while they were here.

I have no idea where this was.... it's pretty cute though.
Charlie got a bike for Christmas and was patient while Ember put all the "gear" on.

Very patient!!

Woo hoo!!

I'm trying to help Santa fill the stockings. The man has lots of stops!! He needs help every now and again.

John and Bradley helped Santa as well.

Jake likes handing out presents.

Charlie's first Christmas program

St. Christopher's puts on quite a show for Christmas. Charlie was the little boy that we made fun of last year. You know, the one that jumps up and down and yells the songs. I didn't realize that it's cute when it's your child.
Here he is in his antlers
He had to put his felt banner up on the sign.
He did a great job!

My handsome little man!
